He also as part of the Senior Leadership Team at Oracle in the region, responsible for the overall Business Strategy & Execution for Fusion Cloud Applications Business.

Mr. Randeep Kapur is a Field Director & Chief Technology Officer at Dell Technologies. Hailing from Singapore, he is an industry recognized transformational strategist and agile thought leader with extensive experience in delivering 100+ Industrial Manufacturing and 50+ smart cities solutions. He has 22 years of progressive experience in consulting, designing, developing enterprise grade solutions for global customers across multiple domains. He specializes in helping customers transform in their digital journey by identifying key disruptions & uncertainties in their businesses due to changes in market, customer experiences, new entrants, redefining collaborations, complex challenges & technological breakthroughs. He leads technology innovations for Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer electronics, Smart Cities, Semiconductors, Life Science, Healthcare, BFSI, Travel & Transport, CPG, Network and Telecom industry by evangelizing and leveraging key emerging technologies such as – Cloud, 5G, Edge, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and Security.

Outside of work – He is a sport’s person (enjoys – Golf, Tennis, Swimming & Running) and is also an advisor to the Global Smart Cities Alliance, Fellow member at Confederation of Indian Industry, Fellow member at Supply Network Procurement, Advisor to Korea Blockchain Association, Adjunct Professor at INTI University, Advisor to MAHSA University and loves to share experience/knowledge with many associations such as Metaverse Associations of Singapore, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, American Chamber of Commerce in Korea, and Consortium of Steel Industries in India). He also serve multiple communities for better (Child-Fund associations, green and sustainability consortiums).

Muthaiya is a Regional Supply Chain Director in Asia for Wieland Group with 20 years of experience in manufacturing, planning and supply chain. Specializing in bringing change through systems and sustainable continuous improvement, Muthaiya has introduced ERP, MES, APS, Digital twins, Overall Equipment  Effectiveness, Kanban and Sustainability through 3R’s.

Dr. Moh Sherafatmand is the Founder and CEO of Hydroleap; a water technology company based in Singapore. Hydroleap provides chemical-free, cost-effective and automated electrical solutions to the industries and buildings for treatment of their wastewater instead of using chemicals. Moh finished his PhD at National University of Singapore (NUS) in environmental engineering where he continued as the postdoc for a short stint before starting Hydroleap.

Dr. Moh is (super) passionate about the environment (especially water) and he believes that the biggest challenge facing our world is climate change and we can only help it by running sustainable businesses (commercially and technologically) and not just NGOs!

Mr Allan Lim is the Founder / CEO of Alpha Biofuels  and Founder/Chairman of Comcrop.
 
Comcrop was established in 2014 as Singapore’s first rooftop farm producing leafy green vegetables for local supermarket. As a pioneer of urban agriculture in singapore, he had worked with Ministry of National Development and other agencies such as SFA, URA and ESG to establish regulatory and promotion efforts for emerging agriculture industry in Singapore.
Allan set up Alpha Biofuels in 2008 and is the CEO of the company. It is the only firm in Singapore to recycle used cooking oil into sustainable biodiesel. This fuel is supplied to MNCs and SMEs in Singapore to reduce the overall carbon footprint of their products and services. Alpha Biodiesel has also been recognised as one of the top three most sustainable biodiesel companies in the world by the World Biofuels Summit in 2014.
 
Today , Comcrop operates the largest rooftop farm in Singapore with a total growing space exceeding 40000Sq ft and producing more than 300mt of fresh leafy greens for Singapore local markets every year.
 
Allan was a member of the MTI Pro Enterprise Panel and also participated as members of sub committees in  Economic Strategies Committee  in 2009 and Committee for Future Economy in 2016.  
 
As a pioneer of urban agriculture in Singapore, Allan has worked with the Ministry of National Development and other agencies such as SFA, URA and ESG, to promote our agriculture sector.
Allan has served on different committees in MinDef and MTI. As a member of the Pro-Enterprise Panel in MTI, Allan has led various initiatives to cut red-tape in government regulations to enable SMEs to better compete amidst a rapidly changing economic landscape.

Rita is an experienced director of engineering with over 30 years in the manufacturing industry. Throughout her career, she held various roles in product engineering, quality assurance, new product transfer, supply chain, and product completion operation.
 
As a responsible leader, Rita is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices through value engineering and innovation. With her knowledge of Industry 4.0 applications and supply chain efficiency, she is a valuable contributor to discussions in the field.
 
Rita is also a strong proponent of the importance of employee engagement and leadership development. She is also a strong advocate for people, having led numerous initiatives focused on employee engagement and building a culture of leadership within HP.
 
Rita holds a BSc in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Leeds, England, and an MBA in Management of Technology from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Local SME is focused on Green Data-Center, Telcos and Smart Cities Sustainability Infra solutions to
lower carbon-footprint, reduce water & energy consumption to achieve PUE 1.1 or lower and to
re-use DC waste-heat (hot-water) for Circular Economy applications in commercial usage.
